As per the recent Government mandate wearing a mask into and throughout the studio will be mandatory. If you have a private session or class the mask requirement to wear or not during exercise, will be left up to each individual trainer/instructors discretion. We have plenty of space so please continue to keep 6ft distance from others when possible, we will continue to be diligent in sanitizing every thing that gets used or touched upon use, and the bathroom/change rooms are also sanitized after every use. Our class sizes have been reduced, and keeping less than 15 to the facility at anytime means reduced contact exposure. Your safety is our priority! We look forward in continuing to serve you in your health & wellness goals!

Thank you to all the clients that continue to support all of us at Wellness Revolution, your trust and confidence in us to provide a safe and healthy environment for you to come means the world to all of us! We will continue to clean rigorously and keep your sessions private and classes small so there is plenty of room for distancing. Did you know that our classes are 6 or less and that many of our PT sessions are private (as in just you and the trainer in the whole 2300 s...q ft space alone!)...taking these measures is hard on the business as we have plenty of empty space to utilize but by doing so it provides a much safer space for the clients. A self-care plan can help you enhance your health and wellbeing, and manage your stress. . Self-care is a personal matter. Everyone’s approach will be different. It relates to what you do at work and outside of work to look after your holistic wellbeing so that you can meet your personal and professional commitments. . Workplace or professional self-care... This involves activities that help you to work consistently at the professional level expected of you. For example: ~ set up a peer-support group ~ be strict with boundaries between clients/students and staff ~ read professional journals ~ attend professional development programs . Physical self-care Activities that help you to stay fit and healthy, and with enough energy to get through your work and personal commitments. ~ Develop a regular sleep routine. ~ Aim for a healthy diet. ~ Take lunch breaks. ~ Go for a walk at lunchtime. ~ Take your dog for a walk after work. ~ Get some exercise before/after work regularly .
