How’s your January been going so far? Have you been busy, stressed with work, school, or any new year’s goals? Take some time for rest and relaxation: join me next Saturday in Soul Rejuvenation! This workshop is a combination of healing modalities. Reesa will guide you through Meditation, Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Yin poses with supported props while receivinga 5 minute massage (shoulder, neck and head) with aromatherapy. The experience will endwith Yoga Nidra (Yogi...c Sleep) which will bring you into the deepest relaxation. Features bolsters, blankets and rosemary lavender eye pillows, Ameo essential oils, tea, and dark chocolate. Woke up for a sunrise hike today! I did this hike two weeks ago and didn’t get a view up top because it was so foggy and misty. Working out is so much more than physically being strong and looking good. Through the past few months it’s been helping with my mental health a lot - from pushing my self harder at the gym, trail runs, and hiking! I’m so grateful for the career path I’ve taken in health and fitness which is a very physically demanding job. I wasn’t really into sports or that active as a kid and always carried more weight with a lot of insecurities growing up. I made the choice to change and start this journey about 12 years ago. Now I live and thrive to push myself to be stronger and stronger everyday - mind and body #mindbodystrength #wellnesswithreesa

Never give up on your goals!!! Everyone falls off track but the key is to get back up and keep trying. Getting back into arm balances is challenging but I’m not going to let that or my fears stop me - even if fall and smack my face sometimes My practice isn’t perfect and it might take me a while to get to where I want to be but I’m never giving up! #mondaymotivation #yogaeverydamnday
