When a new school year begins, the members of the Welshmen band are usually getting excited for band rehearsals to start up again. This year, things are a little bit different in the world ... and our band world is no exception. Schools across Prince Edward Island are waiting some time before they allow outside organizations to use their facilities, and Holland College is doing the same. After 4-6 weeks, the College will re-evaluate and potentially allow us back into our p...erformance hall. We respect this decision, of course, but it doesn’t mean we’re not disappointed that we won’t be making music together right away! Please keep an eye on this page in October for updates about when we will be able to begin rehearsals. We will make music together again!

Our friends and colleagues (and lots of our members!) are presenting a wonderful evening of brass band music on Monday, December 9th. We hope you can attend!

Our winter session begins Tuesday, November 26th at the Florence Simmons Hall. We’re always happy to welcome new members! Please arrive at 6:30 to pick up music. Concert Band will rehearse 7-9 pm. Hope to see you there!!
