Want my caps back . Pushed 90lbs on shoulder press again but my left side does not want to give to me the way my right does . Dropping a bit of fat but still have crappy hormonal issues. Pulled out coffee 2 days ago, all processed foods are gone. Using anti estrogens but have to wait to see endocrinologist or specialist before adding anything more in.... will be a long skirt and dress kind of summer for me this year, legs are not coming in . I can say that all of th...is has made me a better person and allowing for more in my life then just training and obsessions over my body and self image. Battled body dysmorphia since I was 9 and have abused my body ever since. This battle is a hard one but I am doing all I can to coach myself and others. Being our best is what matters most.... The photo below is NOT clean eating! You are eating way too much sugar, fillers, and chemicals; most of which I cannot pronounce on a good day . What is my point? ... Sell yourself on the reasons of eating healthy and believe every one to be true... they really are are all true Your reasons are: - let my system have a break; trust me your system is really over worked - to have really good energy - to be a healthier parent and set a great example - to sleep better sleep - to have greater focus - to not have mood swings - to look better and younger - to be happier!! - to lose weight - to take charge of your health - to prevent diseases caused by processed foods, chemicals, sugars and God know what else - to know that you are doing the greatest thing for yourself and not letting more shit in their! - to turn back the clock of time or at least slow it down. - better performance in and out of the gym - better relationships - reduce depression and anxiety greatly (I say this first hand) Your body is craving nutrition. This can only come from eating real food such as: -fruit (not the juice) -veggies (dark leafy greens are best and yes frozen is still really healthy. Steer clear of any canned vegetables) - nuts (raw walnuts and almonds) - meat (lean cuts) - Eggs (free range...Fresh co has the best prices by far) -Whole grains (not whole wheat) - legumes (beans) - good fats (avocado and olive oil are good choices) It all starts with you taking charge and eating in a new way... do it today

Day 4.. success!!! Yesterday was the best day yet. There was no screams from the cupboard... well ok there was but it was easier to deal with. I lived on green tea (I hate green tea lol) it is loaded in anti inflammatory stuff so I am going to learn to love it somehow . ... I didn’t wake up on the floor covered in food and no crumbs in my bed (crazy!!!) I feel out of control having all of this control. My mood was amazing , energy was stable and anxiety non existent. I have a pretty severe anxiety disorder and have been doing extensive reading on how sugar badly and connection between sugar intake and depression/anxiety... something amazing happening here. My hair had been falling out like a few shedding dogs this past year and I am totally convinced that when the inflammation is calmed that I am going to have some serious new big blonde (not grey hellllooo) curls come. I am a believer in manifestation so let’s go with it . Oh and how dare I fall asleep at about 830 sleep like a baby then get up at 545 this morning feeling like a rock star? This is not a placebo effect.... no way man! Yesterday’s food included the following: Omelette with lots of egg whites, 2 eggs, spinach, peppers and kale slaw (super easy to throw into the mix and no work for me on the cutting board which means no work for you too... get some!) Extra lean ground beef Avocado Veggies and hummus 1/4 Apple I am finding that I am full quickly and I am not counting calories this next week or 2. The foods that are not processed and that are not sugar laden have tons of nutrients and our bodies will use all of the good stuff very effectively. When we make it simple on our systems it knows what to do and it won’t have to fight through processing foreigners. Keep it simple Workout was an at home full body metabolic (no weights ) huffed and puffed for 30 min.... yay me! You can say yay you when you do it too!

THIS IS UGLY.... I AM AN ADDICT....SO ARE YOU! Day 3 night I broke down... had a bunch of granola which I read on the box this morning happens to have 12grams of sugar per half cup. I was eating it out of the box (I know you have done this with food before so don't judge me!... Anyways, its safe to say I had 1.5 cups which put my sugar way over the limit of 26 grams for for adults. I am getting mine down to 12 grams which will come from fruit only. Apples have approx 10 grams of naturally occurring sugar and have fibre and lots of nutrients so I am keeping these and also berries are staying damnit! Sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine (as you can see from my behaviour above...addicts do what they have to do to satisfy their cravings. I am dealing with crack and the only way to deal with it is cold turkey and deal with one craving at a time. For me the cravings are not the actual taste of sweets. I get high off sugar at nighttime...the carb load and the coma that follows (yes I am admitting this fully to you all) When Isabella is in bed and I am alone watching a show or surfing the net I can hear my cupboards screaming ; "Natalie come and get us". I am a good listener so I do just that....off I go like a zombie. I know my weaknesses and when I am tired my battle to fight drops to -10000 (just as it does for us all). Sleepiness is proven to make will go from hero to zero in nanoseconds. The anti sugar / anti inflammatory is all about getting the "shit" out of your system and putting only good stuff in. The benefits are tremendous when we lose the white "poison" and feed ourselves with really good stuff only.... Does anyone want to join me in this? I would absolutely love to get a group going and support you through this. I will help you with food, exercise and stress management ideas. My goal here is to coach you off the bad stuff and help you replace it with the good stuff, whatever that takes. Take a good look at what you are eating each day and really check those labels for the sugar content...its mind blowing!

Day 2 no sugar. It not a resolution its a revolution :) I am taking control of my health! I have severe inflammation, high fasted blood sugar, insomnia, lethargy and lack of motivation. Sugar is the culprit of them all. ... The past 3 days I have spent hours and hours reading negative effects of sugar. You will not find one place that will prove that sugar is good in any way. You will find scientists saying sugar is poisonous and is causing more disease and mental illness then we even know. Todays meals Meal 1 2 eggs, egg whites, steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon, protein powder and lots of blueberries ( all mixed into a pancake batter) and cooked in lots of coconut oil Black coffee Flitered Water Muti vitamin, fish oil, CBD oil, vitamin d, skin and HEAVY WEIGHT TRAINING ( lower body day) Meal 2 Garden of Life All in One Nutrition Shake (1 grams of sugar per scoop) I will be having 2 scoops multi and fish oil Meal 3 Tuna salad, avocado (might change to extra lean ground beef cooked in low sodium taco spice, some organic sweet potatoes and veggies) Meal 4 (if I want it) veggies and hummus or an apple I will do my best to post meals each day.
