We acknowledge that people are angry and feeling frustrated with the protocols set in place in order to prevent any further rise in COVID-19. This has been a difficult and challenging time for everyone, including HDGH staff. We ask that you practice patience and kindness if you are contacted by HDGH or are engaging with HDGH online through our social media. It is normal to experience stress, feel overwhelmed, or even frustrated but please remember that if you can be anything, please be kind. In a world that is filled with so many unknowns, let’s all do our part and spread some kindness. If you are experiencing stress or feel overwhelmed, we urge you to reach out to a trusted friend or family member or connect with the mental health supports available in our community.
