Dear members, We all heard the unfortunate news today fitness facilities will need to be closed starting Dec 26th for 28 days due to Ontario wide lockdown. This heartbreaking news means our last classes this week will be on Tuesday at 5pm & 7pm and on Christmas Eve morning. ... Please contact us to book your spot. Hopefully, we will be able to get back on the bikes and on the mats on Tuesday January 26th, 2021. We want to take this time to sincerly thank everyone for supporting us this year!
