It started with fabulous appetizers at our place created and served by the both of you. Really had very positive feedback from everyone on how delicious everything was... A few of the dishes that stick out for me, personally, was the Smoked Salmon flatbread, the baked bread, the NZ (New Zealand) Cheddar, Finocc...hiona salami, fig spread with blue cheese and walnuts. The charcuterie platter was also very enjoyable. Very suitable for my pallet. I had quite a few people say how much they enjoyed the soy braised pork belly bites. On July 8 we have the absolute pleasure of catering Art After Stroke, a special event hosted by the Stroke Recovery Association of BC. The event will feature work by stroke survivors in the visual and performing arts, and will be accompanied by mouth-watering food and drink. Every year there are more than 6,500 strokes in BC. Come out and show your support for the more than 50,000 people in our province currently living with the life-altering effects.
