We have been doing telerehab for 2 weeks now. We are able to set up exercise programs, assess injuries, give self mobilizations and give lots of other helpful treatment options. And by following the Physio-4 for Osteoporosis, patients can minimize their risk for fractures and keep moving for life: 1. Know your fracture risk. 2. Undertake weight-bearing exercise. 3. Improve balance. 4. Avoid repetitive bending and twisting.
