AFTER HOURS CLINIC will be by telephone only from 4:30 - 7:30 Monday to Friday. Patients will only be seen in person on a case by case basis when pre-arranged over the phone. Coronavirus Update The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) considers the public health risk associated with Covid-19 to be low for the general population, but there is an increased risk of more sever outcomes for Canadians who: 1) Are aged 65 and over 2) Have compromised immune systems 3) Have underlying medical conditions... The goal at the moment is to contain the virus and to do that WE NEED YOUR HELP. BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CLINC: 1) If your appointment is not urgent, think about re-scheduling it to a later date 2) If you are running out of your medications please have your pharmacy fax over your prescriptions. The physician will renew this via fax. 3) If you have a cough, fever or difficulty breathing; please call the clinic. DO NOT COME BEFORE CALLING. We will triage you over the phone and if necessary your physician will call you back. 4) If you are sick, stay at home. IF YOU COME TO THE CLINIC: 1) You will be screened when you arrive 2) You will be given a surgical mask if you need one 3) Try to stay 2m (6ft) away from other people 4) Avoid touching any surfaces THESE PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE!
