Our Class Schedule Adults Monday-9:00am to 10:30am Tuesday- 9:00am to 10:45am... Wednesday - 9:00am to 10:30am Thursday -9:00am to 10:45am Saturday-7:00am to 9:00am Sunday - 7:00am to 9:00am Kids and Parents Sunday - 6:00pm to 7:15pm

Our adult classes will start on March 19,2018. Our adult and children classes will start on March 21,2018. These classes will be at the same time. For those who do not know the yoga schedule, the schedule will be posted soon. The yoga class entrance is at the back. Please, do not enter by using the front door.
