Piecing together an article on Canadian real estate trends from 2000-2020. It's so complicated! The one constant is that since 2005, prices have been rising exponentially. We're also dangerously close to the level that the US was at when their housing bubble burst. It's really anyone's guess what's going to happen. Do you think we'll see another 1990?

Guilty. I've been so busy soaking up the last days of summer that I didn't even realize we're nearly halfway through September already. N starts Kindergarten full time on the 21st, then maybe baby girl will let me work during naptimes. #MomLife2020 It feels like it's officially fall now, so it'll be easier to get back into a routine anyways :) Bye summer! It was really a fantastic one this year.

Celebrating West Coast Copywriting's 3rd year! It's an understatement to say that I've learned a lot and have met a ton of people on this journey as a freelancer. I'm forever grateful to have the opportunity to hang out on this rung of the career ladder while I raise our kids. Some days it feels more like balancing on that one slippery rock in the middle of the river... but I digress. Whether it's a rung, or a stone or a friggin' tightrope, I see it as a way to avoid slippi...ng out of the career world entirely. I know I'm not the only one who wants to be in both worlds, and I see so many of you out there hustling day and night to build your own dreams.
