We are swimming 3 routines this year: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The beginners are progressing so fast they look like bonafide synchro swimmers already - good job gals! Intermediates are learning some cool new moves - looking good and having fun. The advanced team are mastering some complex figures - very impressive!

The tunes we’re using for routines this year are: - beginners- ‘you need to calm down' by Taylor Swift - intermediate - ‘come and get your love' by Redbone - advanced - ‘run boy run'- instrumental by Woodkid

The newbies have impressed us all - they are catching on so fast! We are so happy to welcome 4 women who have never done synchronized swimming before. They are learning fundamentals such as sculling (support and propulsion techniques), body positioning (layouts), and basic figures - all while having fun and getting fit.
