We decided to make this railing super beefy and went with a glulam beam to match the exposed structural glulams above and below it. As spindles we used 1 rebar. The connections as each end of the beam are Sherpa Connectors. #keatsisland #howesound #customhomes @ Sunshine Coast, Gibsons, BC

How to frame a house in one day. For our latest project, being a step code 3 home, we decided to use an ICF foundation and pre-fabricated walls to help meet our energuide rating. On October 2nd 2020 we had these walls from, Baywest Manufacturing, delivered and stood in place through the duration of the day. #customhomes #westvancouver #framing
