NEW this season the Municipality of West Elgin will have Christmas Tree Depots for those who would like to dispose of their real Christmas trees. Depots will open from January 4th to January 9th, 2021. With locations in: West Lorne, at the Parks and Recreation Shop (east end of Chestnut St) and in Rodney, at the West Elgin Pool parking lot.

A public meeting for a zoning by-law amendment, 24801 Pioneer Line will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 not before 9:30 a.m at the West Elgin Recreation Centre.

West Elgin Fire Department Now Recruiting Firefighters! Currently, we are recruiting for Probationary Firefighters at both Rodney and West Lorne Fire Stations, with daytime availability preferred.
