A recently completed project with WSP. We did two balcony towers. The scope of work included new windows and sliders, new vinyl membrane, new soffit, and new facemounted handrails.

Recently completed balcony project in White Rock, BC. This project included replacement of all the rotten load bearing posts, and included numerous structural upgrades. We also installed new windows, custom curved flashings, rainscreen stucco walls and new vinyl membrane.

This rot is due to a defective chimney cap. We will do the structural rot repair, then deal with the building envelope failure.

Rot repair required at the structural beam. (Surrey, BC)

Removal of rotten wood sills and replaced with new lumber. We then installed self adhered membrane and new custom flashing over the wood sills. This diverts water from the exterior cladding to prevent deterioration. (South Surrey, BC)

Balcony restoration in Calgary, AB on 69 units. The project included rot repair, new liquid membranes, flashings and new ground floor column details.

March is setting up to be a busy month. Simons Loft on West 22nd is wrapping up, with finishing touches happening this week. #bcbuildingscience Our biggest site, Dunbar House, is underway. Demo took place last week and the crew is in the process of uncovering the framing. #zavoshconsulting... The overhang upgrades at two blue are moving along nicely. With the experience we have in restructuring the overhangs, this job is going like clockwork. #kunimotoengineering Our job on Ryan road in Richmond is getting brick installed as that site comes to a close. And our newest job at Bridlewoods started up this week. Another structural upgrade situation. #kunimotoengineering
