You may be wondering why my videos lately are all 4 points. 4 is my lucky number! It's easy to fall into a rut and not want to get out of bed in the morning rig...ht now. The days all blend into the same. Depression, stress, anxiety all run rampant and weigh us down. We are not meant to be caged and locked up. What can we do to keep the negative emotions at bay? How can we cope with the steadily increasing mental illnesses and mental instability a lot of us are facing right now? How can we cope with this "new normal?" It's evident we will not go back to the old ways, at least not completely as we are going through an awakening crisis right now. 1: stay active (yes, it's possible to get workouts done at home as intense or more than a gym) 2: meditate, calm down your central nervous system 3: practice visualization and breathing exercises 4: plan and strategize towards what you'll do when we come out of this and focus on solutions, not problems.
