The government of Alberta has called mechanic shops an essential service. Western Alignment is open for business, however, we are practicing strick social distancing and have implemented contact-free service. This means: 1) you can drop off your vehicle and leave the keys in it or use our key drop 2) we will sanitize your vehicle before we get in it 3) we will call you when your vehicle is done and you can make payment over the phone and we can leave your keys in the vehicl...e and you never have to come into the shop 4) we will sanitize your vehicle when we are done We will also be willing to come to your house and pick up and drop off your vehicle if that makes life easier for you, free of charge of course. If you would like to come inside the shop you still can but we ask that only one person comes in. Please leave any passengers in the vehicle until your ride shows up. Also please follow social distancing guidelines while in the shop. We are committed to helping stop the spread of COVID 19 while still doing our job safely. The Western Alignment Team

So you can pay over the phone and drop and pick up your vehicle without ever coming into the building. Your vehicle will also be sanitized before you pick it back up.
