Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives is serving as one of BCs 24 COVID-19 Response Hubs. Meet our Members: Western Stevedoring: Western Stevedoring operates and manages the Victoria Cruise Ship and Deep Water Terminal at the Breakwater District on ...behalf of the Greater Victoria Harbor Authority. The staff at Western Stevedorings Victoria office are passionate about terminal operations and care deeply about local operators and the local community.
