Today we are celebrating Elizabeth L. who has lost 38 pounds with us in her 60’s proving that age is just a number on a piece of paper... What was your life like before our Transformation Challenge? I have been considered obese for many years. I began my weight loss journey with FBBC in February of 2020 when I weighed very close to 200 pounds, which is a lot for a 5ft 3 inch woman.... Why did you decide to join the challenge? I needed to lose weight to become healthier. At my age and with Covid19 being obese with high blood pressure is a marker for a worse outcome if I catch the Covid 19 virus. I also have my first and only Grandbaby to be healthy for. How did the Transformation Challenge help you overcome difficulty and reach your goals? I had a fantastic coach who was very encouraging and Joel’s weekly encouraging messages helped me a lot to focus on the infinite game as opposed to the finite dieting game. What are you most proud of accomplishing during the challenge? I am most proud of sticking to my calorie budget most of the time and working out at class 4 times per week. FBBC is such an excellent facility. I love the welcoming family atmosphere. Outside of weight loss, what other victories did you see during the challenge? I have more energy to play with my granddaughter and to be able to tie my shoelaces without becoming out of breath. The things we take for granted sometimes How is life different after the challenge? I have more energy, have received many compliments and generally feel so much healthier.

IT’S CELEBRATION WEEK We just wrapped up our Fit Body Transformation Challenge where our clients LOST 678 pounds, 836 inches, and a 209% body weight drop. Today we are celebrating Maria B. who lost 6% body weight and a whopping 22 inches on our 8-Week Fit Body Transformation Challenge... What was your life like before our Transformation Challenge? I didn’t exercise and I was always eating junk food which led to excessive fat gain. I wasn’t proud of myself.... Why did you decide to join the challenge? I joined to change my lifestyle for good. I was tired of doing different programs and diets without seeing results. I had heard of the incredible transformations at Fit Body Boot Camp so wanted to give it a try. How did the Transformation Challenge help you overcome difficulty and reach your goals? My coach! Having someone to help me stay on track was huge. There are times when you want to stop working out and eating well as the try to build new habits. Having a coach is the #1 factor that led to my success. What are you most proud of accomplishing during the challenge? Initially, working out just once a week was hard. By the end of the challenge I was able to workout 4 times a week. I can now do exercises that I never thought possible and I am so much stronger. Outside of weight loss, what other victories did you see during the challenge? I sleep WAY better! How is life different after the challenge? My lifestyle has changed so that eating right and working out is just part of what I do. I am happier, healthier and would tell anyone who have to give this program a try!

What was your life like before our Transformation Challenge? My nutrition was really a struggle. It seemed like I could never do anything right and I was so frustrated with not seeing results. Why did you decide to join the challenge?... It was my daughter. She supported me because she noticed the amazing results I have already experienced since joining Fit Body. When I told her that there is a challenge and that I want to join to add my motivation, she told me right away don't think twice and just join. How did the Transformation Challenge help you overcome difficulty and reach your goals? It was understanding how nutrition and exercise work together. Especially learning to not deprive myself of any food but rather to understand what to eat. I want to thank my coach for reminding me that I can accomplish anything. What are you most proud of accomplishing during the challenge? I lost weight that I never expected I could. I was trying for 6 years and failing until I came to Fit Body and joined the challenge. I just thought it would be a dream. But right now I see it’s the reality. My family is so proud of me! Outside of weight loss, what other victories did you see during the challenge? I lost my knee pain. I improved my cardio a lot. And now I never feel tired and I sleep great. How is life different after the challenge? I have brought back my self esteem and confidence and happy that my family life is even better than it was!

DAY 2 of CELEBRATION WEEK Today we are showcasing Melissa F. who is one of our finalists from our Fit Body Transformation Challenge... MELISSA F. LOST 15 POUNDS & 15 INCHES What was your life like before the challenge... I struggled a lot with back pain, and always feeling tired. I felt I couldn’t keep up with my kids for long, I had high blood pressure, and I could never find a good weight loss system that would keep me interested long enough to see true results. Why did you decide to join the challenge So many people recommend this place to me. I was always afraid because I didn’t think people of my size and stature would fit in, or keep up. I decided to give it a try one day, and boy was I wrong. Fit body boot camp is the most welcoming place I’ve ever attended! I knew the moment I walked in those doors, this was going to be my place! Outside of weight loss, what are you most proud of accomplishing My back pain has gone completely, I have much more energy, my blood pressure has gone from high to complete normal, and my energy levels have increased so much! How is life different after the challenge I’m so glad I made the decision to join- I can’t wait to continue on with my healthy journey and hurdle obstacles I haven’t been able to do before. This challenge may be over, but it’s just the beginning for me! SUCCESS STORY Today we are celebrating Jessica T. who is a member of our 50 Pound Fat Loss Club Before Fit Body I struggled as I was constantly losing weight and gaining weight following various diets that would guarantee results. The problem is I would always gain the weight back. "I have always gone to the gym but I found that I was never motivated enough to stay...that is until I found this place" says Jessica.... "The coaches push you to reach your goals! I have lost 50 pounds. I have also lost 42 inches off my whole body and have gone from a size 40 to 30 pants." Jessica says "it's not always easy. Today we are celebrating Elizabeth S. who has lost 25 pounds & 25 inches even through the ups and downs of 2020 What was our health and fitness like before joining Fit Body Boot Camp? I was struggling losing weight after my pregnancies before joining Fit Body. I knew I was in an unhealthy cycle and felt aches and pains all over my body.... Why did you decide to give Fit Body Boot Camp a try? I joined on impulse. I saw an ad for a "New Year, New You" challenge and I decided to join. It was just the right time, right place. Were you nervous to get started? I was so nervous because I knew I was going to have to change my lifestyle in order to lose the weight. Change is always hard but it is what’s needed and I would never go back. What do you like most about Fit Body Boot Camp? I love everything! The coaches-who truly care about their clients, the sense of community, and the philosophy that it's progress over perfection. What have been your results to date? I've lost 25lbs and 25inches! What would you say to someone who is nervous to give Fit Body Boot Camp a try? I'd say come to a class and give it a try. 30 mins can literally change your life. Today we are celebrating Shanon S. who has lost 22 inches in 6 weeks... What was your life like before the challenge? It was sometimes difficult. I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin. I hated going out with my family or friends due to my weight and appearance. I didn’t like the way I looked or felt. I was always tired and listless. Being embarrassed, depressed and feeling gross I just wanted to stay home.... Why did you join the Fit Body Transformation Challenge? I needed to change my life around. I wanted to enjoy being out with family and friends. I wanted to feel good about myself and comfortable in my own skin. My doctor told me I was obese and if I didn’t do something now, she would put me on medication, I didn’t want that. Another reason was my brothers wife passed away suddenly from a massive heart attack and she’s only 2 years older than I am. What was the most difficult part of the challenge? The workouts at first. I figured with my weight, bad hip and knees I’d never make it through them. Holding myself accountable for what went into my mouth. How did the Transformation Challenge help you overcome this difficulty and reach your goals? This challenge gave me the tools I need in order to learn and follow through with a lifestyle change. Having super supportive coaches leading us through the workouts helped. Having a coach to answer all my off the wall and super personal and uncomfortable questions also helped me stick with it. Knowing I’m not alone in this has also kept me going. What are you most proud of accomplishing during the Transformation Challenge? I am very proud of sticking with this challenge. I worked out every day, yoga and weights incorporated in with my fit body workouts would never have happened before this challenge. Changing my outlook on eating and working out has given me a new lease on life How is life different after the challenge? I actually enjoy putting on shorts and tank tops. I still have a long way to go, but know that I can do this. I look forward to working out now! Knowing I’m doing my best and not quitting will keep me going in the right direction What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining the Fit Body Transformation Challenge? Do it! You have no idea how good it is for you. It will give you the confidence and support you maybe needing or looking for. If I, at 52 years 50lbs overweight with bad knees, bad hip and asthma can be successful so can you. Take a chance and go for it, you won’t be sorry you did. You’ll be glad you did Congrats, Shannon!
