Just to make it clear the Westlake Community Centre did not start the go fund me page.We are looking into other ways to help the Chelle family starting with the drop off of none perishable food.We will be posting on here when we decide our next step,thanks

By now I'm sure most of you are aware that Linda and Ed Chelle from the community lost everything in a fire yesterday except the clothes on their backs.Due to covid we are unable to do a major fundraiser, so tomorrow Wednesday October 21st we will be at the community center collecting non-perishable food items.There will be totes setup inside and one outside. There is a go fund me page set up already so remember non-perishable food items only.Thanks

Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving and have recovered from turkey coma. We would like to thank everyone who spent their weekends at Elmer’s beach a huge thank you for keeping it a quiet and non eventful season. Hope you all enjoyed your summer!
