Maricarmen Raudales is the Executive Director of Program Services at the Salvation Army's Booth Centre in downtown Montreal. Marina Sharpe is Assistant Professor of International Studies at College Militaire Royale in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Her research is in the area of public international law, with a focus on international refugee, human rights, humanitarian and criminal law.
