I love getting updates on the horses we sell. I am not a rescue by any means, but we try to help as many as we possibly can. About a month ago I got a call to pick up a mare that had her teeth kick out by a draft horse. The owner was unable to look after her and she was basically starving to death due to this. We have a contact for a lady who has the biggest heart for horses in need and reached out to her for help. She gladly took "Rose" in and we can't believe how great ...she already looks in such a short amount of time. While we are horse dealers; we have a passion for the animals who's lives we touch and will help out those in need whenever we can. We want to thank the clients we have, who are willing to take the time to give horses like this a chance at life.

At the end of your childs’ journey on a lesson horse, they will out grow me. They will find one that jumps higher, a horse that is show quality, a horse much faster than me. But, I will never outgrow being a lesson horse. I will be the one that loved your child and helped your child grow into the rider and person they are. I am a lesson horse. At the end of my time as a lesson horse; I will be covered in grey hair. Each grey hair came from each hour I spent as a lesson horse. I will be in a field of green grass, I will be taken care of as I was when I was a lesson horse. I will watch your child from across the pasture love her new horse. But, I will love your child more than any horse can. I will be the backbone of the business, the family, and your child. Don’t forget about me, I am a lesson horse. Cheering is free. At every barrel race you will encounter a few scenarios during a run: an entire crowd cheering, one single person yelling, a few encouraging smooches or silence. Not everyone cares if people cheer for them, but at every barrel race there is someone new, someone struggling, and someone that is questioning their current life decisions on this barrel racing game. ... You can always give people advice or even your time, but cheering for someone will not cost you a dime. So when you see someone have a nice barrel, riding well, or giving it their best, stop an cheer for a second you may boost their spirit more than you will ever know.

We wanted to post some of the training horses we've had come in to prepare for the show season. We are currently taking training horses in for a limited time until the virus is over.

Today we celebrated Ava's Birthday with a two hour trail ride. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AVA! Thanks for letting us join in on the fun. We have a variety of birthday party packages available.

Today the Westview Gang headed out for our second parade. This one in Holstein. It was great to see so many faces from the local horse community and take part in this very unique parade. We had a lot of fun!

We would like to take a moment and wish everyone a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. We want to thank everyone for the great group of boarders we have. We look forward to having lots of fun trail rides with everyone in the new year!
