What is thought to be believed was the longest log jam in the world took place in 1894 in Little Falls, MN. 7 miles long, a half mile wide, and 60 feet high. I...t took 150 lumberjacks, 5 teams of horses, and one steam engine 6 months to break it up. It was estimated to contain over 4 billion feet of lumber. 1999 Hitachi EX 50 URG Excavator for sale. Runs and works great I’ve done a lot of work to this machine since I bought it. I’ve rebuilt the hydraulic pump changed every oil in it. New highflow rad, new water pump, new injectors, new battery, new night switch,new tracks, new auxiliary fan, new lights resealed rotary manifold installed thumb, new thumb cylinder, re-plated the bottom of bucket with 3/8 hardened plate with option of cutting edge coming off and two new teeth go on. Compression tested at 450-475 psi. It will lift lock blocks 3 high. Machine is located in Castlegar. I live in kelowna $35,000 OBO
