Important Announcement We would like to clarify a few things regarding the Enhanced Public Health Measures Announced by AHS on November 12th, 2020. **The cities affected by the health orders include Calgary and area, Edmonton and area, Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Lethbridge, and Grande Prairie** These health orders include shutting down for 2 weeks. ... The Wetaskiwin Curling Club is in the enhanced measures zone (within a purple zone on the map) but we have confirmed with Curling Alberta that our community is NOT included in the detailed list of affected cities or affected surrounding areas. Therefore these measures do NOT affect the Wetaskiwin Curling Club. We can and will stay open. We will proceed with regular league play this week. We HIGHLY recommend masking on the ice. At this point we are lucky to be open, we could be like many clubs across the province who had to shut down for the 2 weeks. So please when you are not seated at a table please wear a mask. Things to note: A) The lounge will stop liquor sales at 10pm and close at 11pm - November 13-27, 2020. B) The Executive encourages you to be diligent with our COVID Return to Play Guidelines. Social distancing, sanitizing your hands and masking will help us to keep curling in Wetaskiwin.

Let us take time to pause, honour, and remember the fallen men and woman that paid the ultimate price and served our country proud, and to give thanks to the soldiers that are still honorably serving our country today so we can enjoy our freedoms. We Thank You

There is something NEW in the COOLER at the WCC. Check out the Siding 14 Light Rail, we hear it is smoother than Bud Light
