Just like athletes, your team needs encouragement to play their part effectively! Get your team to actively participate by changing their attitude!
There are a lot of positive reasons to get your kids involved in sports! This might include some extra encouragement for your daughters who statistically participate less than their male counter parts.
In our recent Values and Behaviours Sports Assessment, respondents identified CELEBRATING TOGETHER as an import value in their sport organization’s FUTURE or DESIRED sport culture.
