This is an unusual post, so please grant me this indulgence. With Covid19 hitting close to home (no one I know has contracted, but I have many friends who are first responders) I wanted to do something to make sure that my friends had some form of protection. If you are wanting to give back to the front lines, I am collecting donations to purchase the supplies needed to make face masks for our first responders. I am making them for members of the Toronto Police Service, and the Durham Regional Police Service. If you woud like to donate towards the purchase of the materials needed, please send me a message and let me know. It's a great way to give back a little and say thank you to those who are out there protecting us. Thanks for reading and for considering helping out!

Hey everyone! I'm totally looking for something to keep me occupied during this social distancing thing... so here's something for you. I normally sell snuggle sacks for $10 per. Let's do 2 for $19. (Get it - Covid 19?) Because of social distancing, etransfer is wonderful and I can deliver within Durham Region. Turn around time you're probably looking 3 - 4 days (give or take). I'll also do Hay Bags - normally $15 per at 2/$19. Just cause I'm super bored and really need something to do!!! Still doing all the other fleece stuff - liners, pee pads, etc.

Hello everyone. I can't - in good conscience - sit back and do nothing (or at least try) while Australia is burning. There are a number of people in the Durham Region are pooling resources to sew, knit and crochet much needed items to send to wildlife conservationists in Aus, to help care for the animal survivors. Medical supplies are also needed. Until further notice, 100% of all proceeds from all orders (and they are all custom to your preferences and needs) will be donat...ed to this effort. This includes all cage liners, snuggle sacks, cuddle cups, hammocks and terrarium liners. I would not recommend a three layer liner for a gecko as they need the intense heat from the bottom, but a double fleece liner would be fantastic. This also includes any quilts or blankets that you would like made for your cat/dog/rabbit/small (or adult) human, etc. Please share this post and contact me if you need anything for your pets! (please note some of these pictures are difficult to look at.)

Hello everyone. I very rarely post on this page, but I have to for this. As we all know Australia is burning. People and animals are dying. While many of us are not able to donate money, you CAN still help! While I am not working I will be donating my time and sewing machine to make much needed animal recovery sacks. Very similar to my snuggle sacks! If you are able/willing, we need material! Fleece for the outside, and natural, breathable fabric for the inside. If you are wanting to donate any old fleece fabric/blankets (as long as they are clean) and any old t-shirts or cotton fabric (uhaul recycled denim pads from the U-Haul store is great too) please let me know!!
