Happy Friday evening! Just to let you know, we have a few things that we need to take care of before we open on Monday so we will be closed for the weekend. Monday at 10:00am we will be open for dine in!! Our regular hours will resume as of Monday! Can’t wait to see everyone

Good morning everyone! Feb. 8th! We will be reopening for dine in. Our hours will be as they have always been. Monday’s 10:00am-8:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday 6:30am-8:00pm There will be protocols in place for your safety. One more week of take out. 12:00pm-8:00pm. We are taking this week to get our staff in place, getting our stock restocked etc. Thank you so much for all of your support during this time. We can not express our gratitude enough!!

Long post ahead!! Hello to all of our valued customers. I know it has been a long time since I have posted but I thought I would share my thoughts with you all. It has been 38 days since we were made to close dining in, 38 days of not seeing any of you wonderful people, 38 days my staff has had to sit at home and wait for all this to be over, 38 days of my dream of running a restaurant being put on hold again! Today was supposed to be the last day of the extension and what d...o you know...still closed for dine in for an undetermined amount of time this time...just a little while longer to quote Dr. Hinshaw herself. I am having a very difficult time wrapping my head around any of this. I just want things to be fair! In our little restaurant out here in Little Smoky, take out only doesn’t work well. We are so quiet. I understand people not wanting to drive from Fox Creek or Valleyview just for take out when you have options in town. I understand truck drivers wanting to get out of their trucks to have a sit down meal rather than on their lap. Our locals, if it wasn’t for you all, this would be so much worse than it is and your support is very much appreciated! This not knowing when we can get back to work, like real work is getting more and more frustrating everyday. I need a date! Something to look forward to, something to prepare for. There has to be a better way!! A way that doesn’t devastate small businesses! Overwhelming the healthcare system is not good either but we need something, some businesses are aloud to be open by appointment only or limited capacity and that is great! Why can’t we open with limited seating? We do everything else to comply and try to prevent the spread, why as a restaurant are we so dangerous? I need to know! It is getting harder and harder to comply with this lockdown when I see such unfairness! I am by no means downplaying COVID, in anyway. I just look at the ripple effects, not just the disease but what about, the jobs lost, businesses lost, overdoses, suicides, domestic violence etc. Which is worse? Aren’t we losing people either way? Again I say, there has to be a better way!! With all that being said, I miss my customers faces and I am really hoping this is all over soon so we can see you all again. 38 days...we are hanging in as best we can folks!
