Quick update, the park will be opening as it was announced that we can. As of today We are hoping for early June. As soon as we know the exact date all seasonal campers will be notified. We will, of course, have to follow the regulations governing Covid-19. The washroom/laundry is closed, the playground equipment is off limits. The beach is closed. There can’t be groups of more than 5 people and with physical distancing of 2m. The cabins can’t be rented so please don’t ask. We will get most of the summer in. Dawn and Dwayne

As an update, Whiskey Bay shall remain closed. This will be for the season I’m afraid. We have decided that this is the best course to take to help to not spread the virus. We will be contacting our seasonal campers within the next couple of days to make sure everyone is aware. Thank you for understanding and let’s work towards a healthier rest of the year. As I’m sure everyone is wondering we will not open May 15. We are, of course, not an essential service. Everyone must stay safe and nip this virus in the bud. We will update as we get new information. Please stay home and stay safe. Dawn and Dwayne

FYI campers, the power is out from Garden River to Thessalon. No word on when it will be back on.

May 17th is opening day. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. The water is very high but the new docks came out of winter just fine. Fingers crossed we have water but won’t know until that day. Sorry for any inconvenience that will cause, can’t be helped. See everyone soon. Cheers to season 4!
