Good news! With the help of careful screening by BC public health, we are happy to announce that several of our staff members have been cleared of any exposure and will return to work tomorrow, January 25! We will be operating on a skeleton crew of staff and only able to see urgent cases for this week, untill our entire staff is able to return on February 2nd. We very much appreciate your support and understanding as we try to navigate these waters whilst keeping everyone safe and healthy in our community. As we triage cases this week we ask that you continue to be patient and kind as we do our best to serve you!

Despite our best efforts to operate safely, one of our staff have tested positive for COVID 19. This staff member has not been at work since last week so none of our clients have been exposed, however due to a staff meeting, our staff have been. Our clinic is closing immediately for staff to self isolate, with a reopening date of Tuesday February 2nd. We will be reaching out to all of our clients to reschedule appointments and work with other sea-to-sky clinics to fill medication prescriptions and see urgent cases. We know the role we play in our community and we will try and ensure this impacts our patients as little as possible. Please ensure you wear a mask to your appointment, use the hand sanitizer available by our doors, and utilize the caribeaners hanging on our fence to tie up your dogs when dropping them off for appointments. We thank you for your cooperation in keeping our staff and each other as safe as possible!
