What an Improvement ! Like many projects do, we started with a small kitchen that was really in need of a redo. The old kitchen and flooring throughout the main level was scheduled for replacement. Bulkheads were removed and new flooring installed, a combination of Porcelain tile in the kitchen/hallway and plank hardwood in the other areas. New Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was then installed down the wall with a beautiful new island in the customers chosen colours, followed by stunning quartz countertops. A new handmade look ceramic backsplash was then installed and the customers chosen pendant lighting over the island. The new look is definitely a huge improvement for this family, one that can be enjoyed for many years to come! @ Pickering, Ontario

Let's Entertain! Our homeowner really wanted to create an open concept feel for his home but was restricted by the closed room floorplan so popular in the decade this house was built. We decided to remove a major loadbearing wall between the kitchen and the dining room as well as the wall separating the kitchen from... the front foyer. The existing wood floor that ran throughout the house was repaired and restained to work with the new layout, then came beautiful Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry and an awesome Quartz countertop for the new massive island. Ceramic backsplash in a subway pattern was added and all the handles were done in a contrasting black finish to create a really classic look! Now our homeowners can host large gatherings and parties with their amazing new open concept kitchen! See more

Bigger and better! Our homeowners had an issue with their old kitchen in that it felt very cramped and didn't work well. Additionally the bulkheads made it feel very closed in. We put together a design to more efficiently use the space, picked some amazing materials, and the rest is history as they say. Premium Canadian made cabinetry was utilized in the customers chosen Benjamin Moore colours, along with new quartz countertops and waterproof Luxury vinyl plank flooring which... is ideal for a kitchen space. A porcilain "brick look" backsplash tied it all together. As you can see, unifying the eating area with the island is a vastly better use of space than the original builder plan and for those larger gatherings, the dining room is right beside the kitchen. Bungalow Love! We started with a cool older bungalow that really needed updating, and the eating area to be connected to the kitchen itself, which required the removal of a loadbearing wall and installation of a new support beam. From there, we proceeded to install new waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring and beautiful cabinetry painted in the customers chosen Benjamin Moore colours with the island with seating area done in a complimentary colour. Stunning Cambria "Brittanica" quartz countertops were then installed, followed by a grey glass subway style backsplash to tie it all together. We also revised the lighting to work with the great new layout and provide more light where it is needed. Starting off the New Year with a bang! This custom home started out life with an oak kitchen and as time progressed, the look got so outdated that something needed to be done, So we started fresh with custom Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry in the customers chosen colour, with the custom island in a complimentary colour. We also laid New hardwood floors throughout the entire main floor common areas with new basebards to give that finishing touch. Cambria Luxury series quartz countertops with matching quartz backsplash really made this kitchen sing as well as the custom hood above the cooktop. From ordinary to exceptional!! This project started with an older kitchen that really needed some pizzazz and an update to a more open concept look. We started by removing the old support wall between the kitchen and living room and installing a new support beam to handle the weight. Once that had been accomplished, the new hardwood floor was put down followed by new cabinetry painted in Benjamin Moore "Simply White" with the complimentary Island colour "Hale Navy". Cambria 3...cm thick quartz countertops were then installed with a beautiful white undermount sink and stunning brushed gold faucet to match the door hardware. We then installed the finishing touches: the subway backsplash and specially selected detailed mosaic tile behind the stove and exhaust hood for a stunning final result. Dynamite kitchen renovation! Our challenge with this space was to make it super functional without having to use any adjoining areas for the kitchen so we had our job cut out for us. Even though it didn't seem like there was many options, we were able to come up with 3 great designs for the customer to choose from, so they just picked the one that worked best for their lifestyle! After removing the old kitchen, we got to work installing new hand scraped flooring throughout the main floor. New Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was then installed in the customers chosen colours, followed by Gorgeous Cambria quartz countertops in the "Brittanica" colour. Potlights, new undercabinet lighting, and a new 3D backsplash really made this kitchen pop! What an amazing transformation!

A Kitchen that’s To Die For !... When we started this project, the original builder kitchen was divided from the dining room in the front of the house, and the rooms were very closed off from the rest of the house. Our first task was to open the loadbearing and non loadbearing divider walls that was keeping everything separate in order to unify the space and make the house look and feel much larger. New Everwood waterproof plank flooring was installed to meet the daily need...s of the family, as it wears exceptionally well, looks amazing and is unaffected by damp mopping. New Cabinetry was then installed, in Benjamin Moore’s Distant Grey colour, followed by Cambria Brittanica Luxury Quartz countertops complete with matching backsplash and dual waterfalls on the island.... stunning! A faux Quartz Farm Sink was installed and restaurant style faucet was chosen. The same look was also applied to the home office area and the landing are seat where kids arriving home from school are able to sit down and take off coats and shoes! Warm and Comfy with an awesome Island!! We started with a separate small kitchen and rarely used dining room separated by a load bearing wall. The vision was to combine these spaces into one large area that the homeowner could use everyday with an awesome island!! We started by removing the load bearing wall and putting a new support beam to unify the two rooms. While we were at it, we also put another load bearing beam in on the other side of the kitchen to open the family r...oom wall as well so that the entire back of the home was unified. Porcelain tile was laid not only in the kitchen but also right to the front door. New raised panel maple cabinetry was then installed, followed by new Cambria countertops. Fancy glass panels in the display cabinets and a natural stone backsplash topped it all off. Triple Play!! We started with an older home that had a separated kitchen and dining area, which is a very common layout for most older homes. Our first step was to remove all the divider walls and install loadbearing beams so we could create an open concept main floor with a much larger kitchen and island layout. We then followed with the premium luxury plank Everwood product, which is extremely resistant to water and pets, ideal for a kitchen area and a busy family with pets.... Our next step was to install custom painted Decor cabinetry in the customers chosen Benjamin Moore colours. Deluxe Silestone Quartz countertops were installed, followed by a funky glass backsplash that tied everything together. Stunning and super functional! Game Changer!!! We started with an older home that had a very dated kitchen with an older closed room design that needed to change to open concept to work with how todays families live in their home. Two walls were removed to open the floor plan and new porcelain tile and 3/4 oak hardwood were installed to visually separate the family room from the kitchen area. New, custom coloured Benjamin Moore painted Cabinetry was then installed with a custom island in Alderwood Espresso colour. Granite countertops were selected and a glass subway tile was installed, complete with a pot filler over the stove and high volume exhaust fan. The result is simply stunning!!

From closed to open concept, a dramatic change! We started with an older Bungalow with a second floor addition that had all the rooms on the main floor separated into compartments, which was the style back in the day. Todays houses call for more open spaces which allow conversations and family gatherings to happen in a much larger unified space. To allow this to happen, we needed to install a support beam to take the load and open the space up. New plank laminate Everwood ...waterproof flooring was installed throughout the unified kitchen and family room areas to better serve this busy familys needs and it looks great! New painted cabinetry was installed using Benjamin Moore colour Heron White. Quartz countertops were installed in Silestones Snowy Ibiza colour with undercount stainless steel sink. Lighting was reworked to match the new layout and the kitchen was finished off by installing a high gloss handmade look subway tile on the backsplash areas. The resulting look not only is huge upgrade from the old kitchen, it makes the house look and feel much larger than the original floor plan. Light and Airy! We started off with an old wood builder kitchen that was at the end of its life, so it was the perfect opportunity not only to provide a much brighter painted kitchen, but also an opportunity to improve the layout substantially while working with the existing hardwood flooring. Once we had the cabinetry installed, new quartz countertops were installed to compliment the ensemble. The backsplash is natural stone with a touch of quartzite mixed in, which was a perfect compliment to the kitchen and our customer is in love with the way it really finishes the look of the kitchen. Glass accent cabinets also bring the look of the kitchen to a new level, as does the under cabinet lighting. Wow, the result is fantastic! @ Bowmanville, Ontario

In with the New!! In this project, we unified both the dinning room and the kitchen, which was separated by a load-bearing wall. In addition, we wanted to open up a second bearing wall between the dining room and hallway as well to give a more open feel to the kitchen space, so we had some work to do. The next step was to lay new porcelain 12 x 24 floor tiles in preparation for the new cabinetry which extends right up to the 9 foot ceiling! A custom island was added with a super cool pop up exhaust hood behind the gas cooktop. Cambria Brittanica veined quartz countertops were and the combination of a handmade look shiny subway tile and mosaic tile were used to complete the decor. What a transformation from the old two room look!

Tall Ceilings... WOW! Our homeowner has a beautiful house and it was time to take the kitchen to the next level. Bulkheads were removed to take full advantage of the 9 foot ceilings. The cabinets were designed around the new designer appliances, including a custom hood over the gas stove. The new hutch area is perfect for a coffee centre/bar and the large built-in fridge looks right at home in its own area. Quartz countertops were used as well as a 2 tone colour scheme for th...e cabinetry to create visual interest. The eating area was integrated into the island using a single level countertop which adds to the expansiveness of the quartz. A marble mosaic backsplash was added to complete the look. We also re-worked the adjacent fireplace area to include storage, open shelving and integrated mantle. Clean Lines, Contemporary Look! This kitchen renovation started with a Golden Oak cabinetry, which was well past its prime, so we took the opportunity to create a much more contemporary and up to date look for the homeowners. Layout improvements were also made, as well as extending the cabinetry and crown to the ceiling, in order to make the kitchen feel more spacious. Cambria countertops were selected in the Brittanica design and a smart glass backsplash was added to complete the look. Warm, Comfortable.......Home! This Kitchen is a bringing together of 2 spaces, so that the kitchen could be more united with the dining area. We removed a bearing wall to make this possible which made the space feel much larger right away. New porcelain flooring was installed as a base for the beautiful Benjamin Moore Willow Sauce which the cabinetry is painted in with Hutch area painted in a lighter colour to accent the dining area. Quartz counter tops were selected for the main kitchen and the island was done in an amazing Maple Butcher block with stain to complement the cabinetry. Backsplash is done in a rustic porcelain subway style installation which really finishes off the look of this kitchen. The dark cabinetry really creates warmth in the space and it is a pleasure to look at! @ Whitby, Ontario

When we met this wonderful family, we knew that their kitchen project really needed to be something extra special. Their old kitchen was tiny and just hadnt been doing the job for them for years. We suggested using the whole kitchen in a more efficient way by changing the layout and how things were done. Duraceramic flooring was first selected for its softness and warmth underfoot. Cabinetry was extended to use more space to cook, entertain, and generally to live life in! Maintenance free Quartz countertops were installed, and a porcelain stone look backsplash was installed to complete the picture. The end result really transformed the customers house into a place they can really call Home!

Golf Course Heaven - This home is ideally situated overlooking a golf course fairway and beautiful Lake Scugog. All it needed was a great kitchen to work in and take advantage of the views. We started with new HDF cabinetry finished in the custom chosen Benjamin Moore colour. Extra height upper cabinets were used with crown extended right to the ceiling, follwed by Cambria quartz countertops and a glass backsplash to finish it all off. While we were at it, the fireplace surround was also done in quartz matching the countertops. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that really compliments their home and lifestyle.

Night and Day! - We started with a space that was really in need of updating, and in need of a few tweaks to increase its space and functionality. Some of the divider walls were removed to open the floorplan, and make the kitchen feel larger. New porcelain "Concrete Look" tiles were installed, followed by beautiful new cabinetry in the Benjamin Moore colour "Cloud White". Quartz countertops were then installed, followed by a stunning stone mosaic tile to complete the look. We have also added some before and during pictures to give viewers a sense of where we started. Truly Night and Day!

Let's open it up! - We started with a small u-shaped kitchen which really didn't fit with the owners lifestyle, and the desire was to open up the floorplan of the kitchen and connect it better with the family room which is adjacent to the kitchen. We revised the floorplan to include a nice island and extended it with a custom hutch extending the kitchen right to the back door. Bearing wall changes were also made to make the main floor much more open plan. The customer selected painted cabinetry and a beautiful dark wood island, topping it off with Cambria "Brittanica" Quartz countertops. Custom mosaic backsplash was installed to complete the new look. Stunning!

Natural is where its at! - Our homeowner really wanted to create a more open concept living space, so we proposed to remove 2 bearing walls and replace them with support beams to join the 3 spaces together. Natural material use was very important to the customer, so this factored greatly in the material selections. Natural soapstone countertops were chosen as well as beautiful real Slate flooring. The cabinets chosen are made of Alderwood, finished in a medium brown tone, with a touch of red. In keeping with the theme, they chose a gorgeous, live edge table to be the centerpiece of the eating area. The mixture of all the materials creates an unusual and especially striking setting to host an amazing dinner party, or a cozy space just to spend some quiet time in!

Country in the City - This kitchen was really in need of a major redo, so we started by creating a layout that worked much better with the room. Porcelain 12 x 24 Tiles were laid, setting the stage for beautiful white cabinetry and awesome quartz counter tops complemented the cabinetry smartly. Grey mosaic backsplash was selected to complete the ensemble, and the result is nothing short of an amazing transformation! We have also included the before pictures to see where we started!

Dark Wood is Dramatic! - This project started off as an extremely small kitchen occupying half the space of the new kitchen. It was extremely cramped and in desperate need of a redo. We proposed opening the divider wall to allow us to expand the new kitchen to realize its full potential. The owner selected a dark wood cabinet with quartz countertops. New, upgraded appliances were also selected to take advantage of the large increase in working space. Duraceramic floors were i...nstalled, as well as a New lighting layout and the addition of a complimentary porcelain backsplash to tie it all together. What a complete change from the old kitchen! Now the homeowner can cook his heart out and entertain guests seated at the peninsula at the same time. Awesome! We also included a picture just after tearout so you can get a feel for some of the work we did to transform this kitchen!

A Dream come true! - Our homeowner came to us needing to replace the really tired builder kitchen that they had been living with for many years. This was the perfect opportunity to really turn their kitchen into something special! First, the old kitchen was removed, and an opening through the bearing wall separating the Kitchen and Family room was widened to make the 2 spaces flow together better. Next was the addition of new Porcelain flooring in an offset brick pattern, fol...lowed by beautiful Alderwood Cabinetry and Quartz countertops. LED potlights and undercabinet lighting were added, followed by the finishing touch, a very unique and attractive backsplash featuring real Mother of Pearl inlays to provide a sparkle effect when you walk through the kitchen. The pictures look great, but this kitchen is truly stunning when you are standing there in person! We absolutely love the ambiance this kitchen projects, and we really enjoyed working with the homeowner to create the kitchen of their dreams! This combination went extremely well with the new hand scraped flooring and outstanding Cambria quartz countertops. Mosaic backsplash completed the ensemble for a truly stunning look, and the 9 foot ceiling was perfect for soaring cabinetry right to the ceiling. Wow, this definitely feels like home!

Double the Kitchen! - We started with a really tiny kitchen where the hutch is now located and proposed removing the bearing wall separating the old dining room from the old kitchen space and then moving the kitchen into the dining room. This vastly improved the layout and was more logical as a great sized kitchen was now situated right beside the sunken kitchen table area. Seating was also added onto the peninsula to bring guests closer to the action. This kitchen renovation was definitely a game changer for their home!

Open to Nature - This home started off as so many do, with separate rooms and a small kitchen, not up to the task of today's lifestyle. We suggested reorganizing and opening the main floor, which involved 2 bearing wall removals and the addition of support beams to make it possible. From there, we positioned the kitchen to take advantage of the amazing views of their beautiful backyard. Wow!!!!

Check out this Island!!!! -Our home owner wanted something different and a kitchen she could really enjoy. We proposed creating an island that fit the contour of the room and she thought that was a great idea! We added new porcelain flooring, beautiful cabinetry with crown touching the ceiling and a beautiful centerpiece of an island with custom edge to complete the look. Simply stunning!

Dark Cabinetry is Beautiful!!! - This home started with a very small kitchen on the left side of the area where the fridge sits, so it wasn't working at all for the homeowner. The new kitchen certainly changed everything when a bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room was converted to a support beam, unifying the two areas and setting the stage for a beautiful new kitchen space with hutch area as well. Dark Maple Cabinetry combined with Quartz countertops and wire brushed wood plank flooring creates a dramatic, yet comfortable feel in the new kitchen space. Glass subway tile was used for the backsplash, further lending to the sleek appearance of this kitchen. Wow!
