I haven’t told you how awesome my gym is lately, so here goes! Did you get to workout beside the owner of your gym today? I did! He knows me... quite well,... actually... Did a coach open the gym UNPAID so you could get an extra workout in... not just a workout, an extra workout.... mine did! Thanks Crystal Morabito Do you get 1 on 1 with coaches frequently without paying extra? I do! Were you motivated to workout during covid?! I was! Not only did I continue my regular fitness regime, my goals/activity/strength/endurance increased 10 fold! Does your gym get you motivated enough to do 28 workouts in the month of October?!? Mine did! Don’t have time? ... I work full time, not only full time, I work 12 hour shifts both day and night, and worked overtime in October... I have 2 boys, they are back to school, and back to hockey, and participated in a camp in October. I also helped a friend move last month... what’s your excuse again? Are you genuinely happy to see the people at your gym everyday? I am! Looks at these beasts! I couldn’t do any of it without every single one of them, the coaches, the members, all of them!
