Its because of all of you that we're able to continue doing this, and make these Live Sales a fun, interactive and safe space for all involved . As you all have noticed, we are SLAMMED! Which is great! Especially in such weird and trying times. That being said, we're doing our best to problem solve and troubleshoot as w...e move forward with our Live Sales. We please ask you to commit to your claims, as we write our invoices and pack orders at the same time (we only have so much space to work with). We also ask this because we try to keep it fair to everyone, as an item you claimed, someone else may have wanted it, and by putting back the item, those particular people missed out on their chance to claim it during the Live. This also makes it a smoother and faster process for us, as we try to message everyone their invoices in a timely manner. We have such a high volume of messages, curbside orders outside of the Live Sales, invoices, packing and pricing, that it creates a challenge for us to stay on top if things while we adjust your order. We posted tips for enjoying our live sales awhile back.. but it has been difficult time for everyone and we understand. Please remember we are a very small team ...a family business. So golden rules. 1. Commit to your claims. We cannot unpack and change up and take photos and adjust totals for items already claimed. To process everyone's claims in a timely manner it is impossible. Please consider them packed and sold the moment the live has ended. 2. Set a budget. Th...is is meant to be fun and exciting ...we are doing this to help ease the stress of covid craziness. 3. If you are unsure of an item and prefer to handle and see items in person we do have Saturday markets 10 to 2 outdoors and we do curbside where we will bring you items ( live sale items often do sell out at the crazy prices so do not count on finding the same things ..but we have lots of pretty shiney things. ) 4. We appreciate you. Please be patient with us. We are behind currently in invoicing and a big part of that was trying to accommodate the changes evem though we said we could not for this very reason.
