OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS: MANAGEMENT TEAM The Management team meets monthly to reassess the long-term strategy in the light of developments and to identify tactical opportunities. Led by our CIO, it makes any decisions deemed necessary in the asset allocations for the different mandates. More frequent meetings can be held to review the market environment and to decide whether allocation needs to re-evaluated.

OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS: BOARD OF DIRECTORS WhiteHaven has a transparent structure for making investment decisions. Overseeing the process is the Board of Directors, which meets once a year. The Board discusses and defines the long-term investment strategy and identifies new trends such as growth in alternative asset classes.
