Motivation Monday... Roughly 6 weeks ago Paul suffered a stroke. Ever since then he has been more determined than ever to become the healthiest version of himself he can be. Instead of dwelling, he used his short time away from the gym as motivation to come back stronger than ever. Well, 6 weeks later that’s exactly what he’s done. Paul has lost 30lbs and for the first time in 10 years is weighing under 200lbs. This has been a goal of his for a long time. Paul’s body fat... percentage has dropped drastically and his eating habits are healthier than ever. Paul swears it’s like having a brand new life - a new person. Paul - Congratulations. It has truly been a blessing to witness your progress, your determination and your overall drive. We have no doubt you’ll continue surpassing each and every goal you set.

How much is a gym membership at White Pines?: A. Our unlimited membership is $52.70 plus tax per month. We also have a corporate discount. Check with us to see if your company is on the list!... Q. Do I have to commit for a full year? A. Our memberships are month to month with no annual commitment! We want the experience to speak for itself and will never lock you into a lengthy agreement. Q. Do I have to book an appointment to workout? A. No, you do not. You can just walk on in. We abide by all capacity limits during the pandemic however our capacity limit is quite high due to the square footage of our place.
