I've been working on my macarons and I'm really excited to announce my newest flavor, sparkling blackberry wine. This is by far my favorite and sadly there isn't a kick to them, all ages can enjoy these delicious morsels!

My first St. Honoré cake. This lovely French dessert is made with handmade puff pastry layered with a whipped pastry cream that has hints of vanilla bean and cinnamon. Then it's topped with profiteroles dipped in a salted caramel.

For the last 9 months (since the lock down) while I've been working away in the kitchen my very talented better half has been learning how to sew. I'm so proud of him and his beautiful scrunchies.

A tie dye, rainbow, crayon, piñata cake filled with rainbow skittles for a sweet little girl! These are my favorite projects!

I did it! I was experimenting this afternoon. I wanted to see if I could make a gluten-free profiterole (cream puff). YES! It can be done and my son had no clue it was gluten-free. This delicious morsel is filled with a raspberry whipped custard and topped with dark chocolate.
