We are back! Tonight, Kids beginners 6 - 6:50pm Kids advanced 7 - 7:50pm... Adults all belts 8 - 9pm Ladies Kickboxing back tomorrow night. Both classes. Class 1 - 6 to 6:55 Class 2 - 7 to 7:55 Reminder you must have a MASK to enter and exit the building for any reason and that all classes are still NO spectators, as noted by sport Nova Scotia. ** Update ** Hi everyone, Evening classes will continue to be cancelled until December 16th. Following the government regulation for covid-19.... This is a tough time for everyone and we are hoping things can get back to normal operations ASAP. If you have any questions please feel free to message us. If you are a parent of students in the program or a student yourself and would like to join our parents group page if things continue past the 16th we will have some videos posted online if the kids are interested in learning virtually! ** Covid-19 Update ** Starting Thursday NOVEMBER 26th. ** Wednesday the 25th will be our last evening class for 2 weeks to keep everyone safe, this is a tough time for everyone but heath and safety is top priority, if you have any questions please send us a message. **... Today the Province announced further changes to Public Health Regulations related to COVID-19. These changes are applicable to the zone of Western and Central Halifax Reginal Municipality (HRM), which is defined as HRM from Hubbard’s to (and including) Porters Lake and the communities up to Elmsdale and Mount Uniacke/Hants County including businesses. As it relates to sport, the Province will be shutting down all sport activity in this area beginning on Thursday, November 26th for a period of two weeks, ending on Thursday December 10th. At that time the Province will be re-evaluating the epidemiology and determining next steps. This comes from the province and we will start some online classes with the kids to help with stretching at home and keeping there Taekwondo training up.
