Update: Service Restored. The recent power outage from Hydro One looks to have taken a radio offline and will need a manual reboot or replacement. Will have this resolved shortly.

Wondering what that dish on your house connects to? No...it's not space :) On all our relay sites you'll find at least one of these antennas. Here are a few going up later tonight after their radios get provisioned! More upgrades

Update: Verified services are online. Outage: Still investigating the cause for loss of internet services on parts of our network. It looks like a problem with one of our partner's upstream providers. Stay tuned and thanks for your patience. (Our cell phones all went offline as cellular towers in the area were impacted also which is why our responses are delayed)

Effective Immediately: We've increased upload speeds across our entire network for all customers at no additional charge. During these challenging times, the bandwidth demands on networks worldwide continue to grow in leaps and bounds. Whitewater Internet continues to perform well during this period of extremely high usage. We have been very active over the last month, not only closely monitoring network usage, but also providing network capacity upgrades to several identifie...d areas of our network, in order to ensure we are able to meet current, and future, capacity needs. This includes careful monitoring of our network latency (i.e. ping times) to ensure it remains below 50ms. As an additional assistance to our customers during this COVID crisis, we have decided to INCREASE upload speeds (up to 12 Mbps, depending on your specific plan, effective immediately) for ALL our customers, at absolutely NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The goal of this additional upload speed boost is to further assist those working from home (for business or school), allowing you to have the best possible end-user experience for multiple applications (e.g. video conferencing, Wi-Fi Calling...etc). Just because 'everyone is home' or 'everyone is online' doesn't mean you should have slow internet on our network. As always, if you have any problems (with speeds, routers...etc), please reach out as we are here to help.

Tag that friend with an 10+ year old computer! Computer stop working recently? Popups just start appearing? We've received a bunch of calls concerning Window 7 reaching its end of life on January 14th. This simply means Microsoft has stopped supporting this operating system officially and wants you to upgrade to Windows 10...which is highly recommended. We can help with the transition or by recommending a newer and faster computer...even if it's just for email, facebook and online banking. Don't hesitate to reach out for assistance!

We utilize tall structures such as buildings, silos or water towers or build a tower to suit our needs.
