In our present school system we are not taught financial literacy which includes budgeting and estate planning, at a recent Durham Real Estate Investing Club meeting I met the lovely Leslie Quinsay and obtained her book LEGACY - "A Guide to Successfully Transferring Wealth From One Generation to the Next." As a single mother, with the aid of this book i'm putting into place an estate and succession plan for my own family!
