This is really interesting, Telomeres are considered to to tie in with ageing as well. There is some fascinating emerging research on the power and importance of telomeres. Plus loving kindness just makes the heart feel expansive too!!

I often have to bite my tongue when people tell me their Children/grandchildren are so smart on iPads, smart phones and other technology. When will parents learn that these devices are not good learning tools for children!

Did you happen to catch this song in Frozen 2? I was so impressed to hear such a great acknowledgement of how grief really feels, even to our smallest mourners.... Isn't it true that it feels like grief has it's own gravity. It is a weight that is so heavy that sometimes all you can do is take it one breath at a time...
