Welcome to Wholesome Happiness! This is a little passion project I started to share my health journey over the past 2 years but also my growth journey moving forwards. My hope in sharing is that maybe some of the lessons and changes I’ve implemented could also make an impact for you! A wise holistic health coach once told me I am whole as I am. That all of the tools we need to be healthy, happy or successful are already within us. I didn’t believe it at the time. But slowly over the past two years I have started to feel whole again.
