What is your "go to" dinner for busy nights?

I am putting 2020 on notice! Want to join me? This year has been so crazy and I want to end it on a high note! Are ya with me? I am committing to launching my first ever Fall Challenge program and giving my challengers the very best experience! I am also committing to my workouts 6x per week! I am also committing to treats 1x per week until Christmas! Do your best and forget the rest - am I right on this one?... These are important goals to me! Why? Well they all feed me! One fills my heart where I can help others with my knowledge of food being fuel for our bodies. The other 2 feed my mind and body! When I look after myself and treat my body right it gives me a much brighter outlook on life. Things come easier to me, my sleep is better, my moods are better and believe me when I tell you that my patience is better and I know that means being a better mom and partner!
