Fate and the permit office is working against us on the WJR bike-O. With only two weeks to go the permit elves have been entirely silent leaving us in the unhappy position of having to cancel this first event for the 2012 series. *insert much fist shaking here* On a happy note, everything is set for WJR the Island - including permits (different permit elf). So onward and upward! Book your calendars for August 19 and start practicing your paddling!

Heaven knows it's not that we're trying to be secretive. We are as anxious as ever to get Why Just Run the Park details out to you as you are to recieve them. MTB - check, running shoes - check, maps - check, permit - ... permit? As soon as our friend permit makes it's appearance we'll be off to - well - the races.
