This was a very difficult foundation repair. The concrete was so badly decayed that the decay went 6-8 inches into the concrete. We drilled in half inch rebar every 8 inches into sound concrete. Formed and poured concrete. When the concrete was cured we installed heavy gauge galvanized metal lathe then put 2 coats of dura rock parge over lathe. #Masonry #DurhamRegion #Restoration
