You know when your hips are craving a little TLC but you’re just not feeling like laying face down on the sweaty gym floor post-workout or on the grass outside after a run? . Well, here are some kneeling or seated versions to keep your face away from other people’s sweat, or your doggo’s favourite pee spots. . Slide 1 Kneeling hip flexor & Prone Cobra- think about slow belly breaths in both positions, relax your shoulders and squeeze your glutes... . Slide 2 Seated glute stretch & Figure 4- keep the top foot flexed . Slide 3 Kneeling quad stretch & Prone quad stretch- use a strap or band here if you cannot reach your foot, relax and breathe . Slide 4 I told her she could be in the last pic, doesn’t it look like she’s smiling?! . Remember, don’t stretch past the point of pain, if you can’t breathe through the movement or static stretch, listen to your body and back off a bit. See more
