The Holiday season is upon us!! We are fully booked for December, and we are much busier than usual this time of year! Please understand that appointments will take longer at this time of year, beauty takes time! :) With that being said, it should also be addressed that we've had a higher number of no shows over the last few weeks, and a growing wish list to get in on a cancelation. If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment without any notice we will be calling someone on our cancellation list to fill the space. Thank you for understanding! WOW! What a week it has been!! We are so thankful to be open again, we knew we missed work but had no idea just how much! As a small family business we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!! We are so extremely lucky and humbled to have all of you as our amazing clients! To all of you we have seen so far, and to those still waiting for our phone call, your generosity, patience, and understanding has been truly over whelming!! ... It's going to be a while before we get back on track and get all your fur babies cleaned up, but you have all made it so easy in the re-opening transition and worth every bit! :) We can't begin to express how much we appreciate every single one of you!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

WE ARE SO EXCITED!! We know you all are too, our wait list at the moment is EXTENSIVE. Just a few notes to try and make this process a little easier. - Priority booking will go to those who had appointments before our closing back in March.... - We will not be booking appointments through Facebook/Instagram as the number of messages is overwhelming. - If you have left a message at the shop already, we have your name on file to call and book you in. Please try to refrain from leaving another, it's filling up very quickly. - We know that everyone wants the top of list. We love you all and can't wait to see all of you again but the rebooking process is definitely a long one. It may take a few days for you to hear from us. - Please be patient with us if you do not hear back from us right away. We are doing all we can. LET THE GROOMING BEGIN!!

*EDIT* To book an appointment with a Vet referral, please send us a message here. We don't usually book appointments through Facebook but at this time it will be easier since we are not in the shop daily. *UPDATE*... Groomings will be done on an emergency basis for our EXISTING clients only at this time! To receive an appointment under the existing regulations you MUST have a referral letter from your Veterinarian. This letter will have to be presented when you drop off of your baby! When you have your referral letter please touch base and we will schedule an appointment. We know there are a lot of you looking for appointments so again, please be patient. We will be open for business as usual when we reach Alert Level 3, until then a referral from your Veterinarian is the only way to get an appointment. We will not be open to the public at this time.

This made us giggle, I think we might all need that right now!

So as it turns out we got preemptively excited about opening back up. Unfortunately the government is not allowing Growing Salons to open back up until we are safely at Alert Level 3. This means we will all have to remain a little bit more patient until at least June 8th... Sorry guys...trust us we wish it wasn't so.

Hey everyone! As we set to hopefully reopen in the coming weeks, we thought it important to say, Please be patient with us for booking appointments, our wait list is INCREDIBLY long. We will do everything we can to get you booked in as soon as we can, we know how desperately you want appointments and we completely understand. We will be incredibly busy as we open, priority booking will go to those who had appointments booked prior to our closing on March 23rd. We will star...t contacting you in the coming days once we figure out where to start. We will NOT take bookings through Facebook or Instagram at this time as our appointment book is in the shop.
