Imbolc Blessings! This has to be my favourite time of year, the sky is so gorgeous.

I was introduced to the sounds of the ice by a YouTuber all the way across the world - I was fascinated. This year, I've been able to skate on the lake and hear the sounds myself. Ahhh! Winter's beauty is enchanting.

By Request, I am adding another yoga practice to the schedule. This class is specifically for those who want to move and stretch before work / Zoom. Early Risers Wednesdays 7:30-8:30AM.
