Lots happening at WBY HQ! First up, we're making some modifications to the website, including featured recipes, beers on tap, and a handy new countdown timer to brew day! Second, we're going to build ourselves a new mash tun to accommodate larger batches, so we can start giving more away to those who want a taste of the flavour!... Third, we're going to build us a fermenting "chamber" using a chest freezer and a thermostat. Going to be making some tasty crisp lagers (including black lagers, a delicious German treat) this spring! Fourth, we're firing up a YouTube channel, so we'll be posting videos of all of our projects and brew sessions, as well as posting them to our blog! Sharing, yeah! Last, but not least, we're (obviously) going to be brewing! The plan is to brew up some tasty treats for the warmer months with all of our shiny new gear!
