A few of you have been asking for our holidays hours: Closed Dec 24-Jan 3 and reopening on Jan 4, 2021. Katie's last day is on Friday (Dec 18th). Tavia & Bergen are both working Monday-Wednesday next week (Dec 21-23). ... Each of us will be taking a nice quiet holiday with our household bubbles and not responding to emails/voicemails until the new year after Dec 23rd. Thanks for your understanding! Covid Update: With numbers rising in Nanaimo, we're keeping a close eye and monitoring the situation carefully. We feel confident in our protocols and are a well oiled machine (massage pun intended!). Lots of pre-screening, cleaning, hand-washing, mask wearing, staggering of appointments, and LAUNDRY!... Reminders: **- Ensure your MANDATORY Covid Questionnaire is filled out by 6:00pm the night before your appointment (it is emailed out 48 hours ahead of time. Check your Junk folder if you don't see it). - If your form is not filled out, the appointment will be cancelled. - Please answer it honestly and promptly. - Give us as much notice as possible if you or anyone in your household are sick (even mild!) and cancel your appointment. -The CMTBC advises to not book anything less than 24 hours ahead of time. (This is why you haven't seen any last minute appointments posts because we are not able to book them). - All cancellation fees due to illness are waived at this time. Parking: - Yes you can park in the driveway/carport. It is encouraged! We feel so fortunate that we have such an understanding/caring clientele that follow our policies so smoothly.
