Looking for a software partner please.. We need a renewal code for MS WORD!
COVID UPDATE FOR WYCP - WE ARE WELL AND READY TO GO! With two groups on hold we have made good use of our time by sourcing and securing two new sites, bringing our Wilderness First Aid skills up to date, renewing our Predator Awareness certifications and inspecting, repairing and servicing every piece of equipment we have available for the program! We are observing the school re-openings to determine best practices we could adopt to ensure all of our youth and volunteers come... home healthy and safe. WYCP has never been better prepared to deliver our relapse prevention programs for Alberta's youth......we thank so many for their continued support while we navigate the greatest challenge we have ever been faced with.
In the best interest of our youth and volunteers we are not able to accept any more referrals at this time due to the Covid situation..... We have two full groups ready to go and have decided to wait on the school boards actions and results in reopening the schools before scheduling another camp. In the interim we appreciate our volunteers help with equipment and checking out new locations, practise out First Aid and Predator Awareness protocals..... Be ready when we can go back into the Bush with or youth!
Huge shot out of THANKS to the unknown oil patch guy who stopped to help get Gandolf rolling again...... Pulling out of our Wolf Lake camp was just to much...... Blew the radiator but no problem..... Happen to be in oil country!
SUNDANCE 2020! VOLUNTEER CALLOUT! Please consider coming out to help us move our gear in and out of the Sundance area on the Athabasca river August 8th! We will be using our Zodiac to haul our gear in and a rather rough trail to hike the youth into camp. We also need a 25-35 HP motor we could have on hand as a back up or if possible a second river boat to help. ... Please call is at 780-458-7549 if you can come out and help make a few young lives better!
Gandolf is excited! We are off too Sundance on the Athabasca river to see if we can find some DRY GROUND!
