Happy September loves! We start the month off with a full moon in Pisces. The dreamer, the romantic + artist. Where can you allow yourself to dream right now? Where can you soften + allow yourself to imagine a world of possibilities? There will be a lot of deep feelings showing up over the next few days. Allow yourself to get a little lost. When we tune into our intuition + compassion, great expansion will unfold on the other side. There's a fresh start beginning to occur. Surrender + trust that it's all aligned with spirit, your highest purpose, and of course, the moon.

vulnerability can be a challenge for a lot of people. for those who have been wounded before, it's hard to fathom opening one's heart again. to love, to trust, to magic. in my eyes, to be vulnerable is one of the most beautiful things we can do. in our intimate relationships especially, when we share our hurts, our desires + truths, it can be so deeply healing and freeing. if we keep our emotions inside our bodies, then it can manifest as illness, disease or depression. i s...ee this frequently with my clients, even things that transpired as a child. for those who are struggling to share their truths, I see you. and it's okay to be open + honest with not only those around you, but also with yourself.

another year, another rotation around the sun thank you to all of the beautiful people in my life who have shown up for me during the past year. it has truly been a transformative time for me, both personally and creatively. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful community supporting + guiding me along my journey. if there's one wish I could share with everyone, it would be to follow your heart and love like it's your last day on this earth. every single day to every sin...gle person you encounter. that, in itself, is magic. loving you all

a few takeaways from my weekend immersed in the forest ~ living on this earth is our natural birthright. we have chosen this planet for a purpose: to play with nature, enjoy the peaceful moments in the wild and nourish our bodies straight from the soil ~ relationships + intimate connections are irreplaceable. to have people in your life that allow you to grow, expand + inspire each other while sharing beautiful moments together is truly medicinal for our souls ... ~ abundance comes from all around. it's in the wildflowers, the sunset, the fire, the ability to create sacred space no matter where you are. it comes from the commodities shared amongst family, friends + loved ones. I'm feeling truly grateful for every breath I take these days. I'm offering sessions again this week, so please feel free to book online.
